Chaotic thoughts abound,
running to and fro, seeking direction,
their eyes frantic in panic,
their gestures past and future bedlam.
Enough! Stop!
Think not, but instead find calm.
Breathe in, breath out,
lie down in the meadow conjured.
No wonder, no fear,
instead your face to the sky.
Mindfulness finding center,
reaping peace with a sigh.

Wonderful poem, Christina! I love it. We all need to find the peace within us to get rid of the chaotic thoughts!

Would love to know your views on the same! 🙂
Thank you, Radhika. Finding the calm within is the self-compassionate thing to do. 🙂
