Truth of Time

It’s the truth of time,
reality displayed in perceptions.
Growing invisible isn’t about aging,
it’s about what others try to do to you,
to me.

It’s the truth of time,
growing stronger despite the deceptions.
Let us discover who we are to be,
finishing the work that makes us whole,
sets us free.

It’s the truth of time
that truth is contained in lessons.
If the world chooses to not see who we see,
that’s a loss they must endure,
not me.

  1. Christine you are setting yourself free because you have chosen to follow your gifts and this poem is beautiful and I resonate with it as I am on a similar awakening as you. We are doing what we love and that in itself has set our hearts free to soar. Thrive my friend.
